John G. Nowakowski, Esq., LLMT, is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, and is a solo practitioner focusing on civil litigation. He has taught college level Philosophy at the Community College of Southern Nevada and classical guitar Nevada School of the Arts. John is recently married and lives with his wife Christina, a recent law school graduate, and Boston Terrier, Archimedes. He loves chess, mathematical logic puzzles, and Dungeons & Dragons.
Christina R. Evola, Esq. is a recent graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law where her studies focused on intellectual property, antitrust, and media law. While in law school, she received First Place for the University of San Diego’s ASCAP copyright law competition for her paper entitled ‘The Next Generation of Costumes and Conventions, is Cosplay Copyright Infringement?” She is a lifelong gamer, avid cosplayer, and can beat you at Mortal Kombat.
